Effect: the people of Guam are biten lost power and have not very good schools because the snakes are always turning of the power.

When the brown snakes came to the island, they didn't have any other animal that wanted to kill them for food since they where new. Because of that they just kept multiplying. The snakes like to lie on the power lines

Effect: People get bitten, feeling like a very bad bee sting. But they are more dangerous for children because children can't fight off the snakes as well, so the snakes release more venom into them after a bite.
