What is bacteria?

What is bacteria?  Where can it be found?  People are often confusing bacteria with viruses.  Click on the picture to make this chart larger.  Copy this in your SNB and use it to complete your inquiry:

Fill out the chart with 2-3 examples for each column.  When you have completed the chart take a picture with the iPad and send it to my school email address at the bottom of the page.  MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE EMAIL!

So...let's see what we can find out about our little friends, or are they a foe?  Bacteria!  Watch the video then use Google to fill in the rest of the inquiry sheet.  Be specific.  Each column should be answered completely. You may include pictures from the internet with your picture of the chart if you want to email it all together.  Watch the video below by following the link or clicking on the video (if on an iPad just use the link).

So watch the video, search using Google.  If you need more answers look for key words such as bacteria, classification, food, shapes, and other words you find on the Bacteria Inquiry sheet! Click here to get to  Google!!!!!!

When you have your picture of you final product send it in to scot.suprenant@dmschools.org
If you have questions about this let me know.
